FAQ FOR PICKUP & DELIVERY
When will I get my items?
Delivery days are set by area. Our typical delivery time-frame is less than 7 days. We will work our best to setup a day and timeframe for delivery that works for you.
When can I pickup my order
Our store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10AM – 6PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. To ensure that your store experience remains fast and easy, we ask that you contact us to choose a check-in day/time. Typically orders are available same day. If you’re unable to come in during your chosen time window, you can still pick up your order, but you may have to wait longer.
Can I pickup my order at the Granite State Hedgehogs store?
Yes. If you choose pickup, you’ll want to contact us to choose a check-in day/time. Typically orders are available same day.
How much does shipping cost?
Live animal and all-inclusive kits/individual items are available to be delivered using our Local Delivery option. If you would like to have a kit delivered separate from the delivery of an animal, please contact us for a shipping quote. Local Delivery is available to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and parts of and southern Maine and Rhode Island. The cost for Local Delivery is $50 and covers the delivery of all items in your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order that includes pickup days/times and instructions for setting up delivery if requested.
When will I get text notifications?
At your request, we can provide text updates with updated delivery information. If there is a need to reschedule or if directions are needed, we will contact you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST.
To stop receiving text notifications, simply reply to the text message with “STOP.”
